A Mechanical Engineering graduate of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Bach Khoa), Nguyen Minh Thanh brings a solid engineering foundation that enables him to design machine systems with high precision and flexibility. His strength lies in analyzing problems through logical thinking to deliver solutions that are optimal both technically and economically — helping clients meet their production goals at the most reasonable cost.
As a student, he represented the university at Robocon — the prestigious student robotics competition across Asia — where he gained invaluable hands-on experience in designing, programming, and operating competition robots. That intense passion for robotics has guided his entire career ever since.
After graduating, he returned to the university to give back to the student robotics movement. He founded BK Robotics — a robotics club for Bach Khoa students, where young people sharpen practical skills and gain access to professional-grade components and machinery. For him, inspiring and mentoring the next generation of engineers matters just as much as the technical work itself.
His contributions to the student robotics movement have been widely recognized: he appeared on VTV during the Robocon ABU — Asia-Pacific 2025 program, in the segment "Honoring the mentors" — celebrating those who have quietly nurtured generations of robotics-loving students in Vietnam.
He has collaborated with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City as a design and fabrication engineer for numerous medical research projects, applying mechanical engineering to healthcare. This demonstrates his flexible technical adaptability across very different fields.
Through years of working with major universities and manufacturing enterprises, he has successfully delivered many optimal robotics and automation solutions for real production challenges. That hands-on experience is the foundation on which he founded Z Robotics — with a mission to bring advanced robotics technology closer to Vietnamese businesses.
